In February, 2003 a School of Ministry was launched to provide continuing education opportunities and encouragement for all flock group coaches, leaders and hosts. In the Spring of 2004, this was changed to a Leadership Forum with topical discussions on issues raised by the flock group leadership. On September 20, 2004 the Elders became directly involved in coaching the flock group leaders and overseeing the shepherding of the flock groups.
